We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to join Popeyes and help keep our people connected, supported and set up for success.

As a fast-paced and growing business, reliable technology is a huge part of what keeps Popeyes running smoothly across both our head office and restaurant operations. We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on 1st and 2nd line support across our end-user technology, devices and business systems.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting users directly, and working across a varied IT environment. You’ll play an important role in helping colleagues across head office and operational sites, making sure systems, devices and core applications are running effectively and that users get the support they need.

Based in our Ealing office three days per week, with two days working from home and travel to sites as required, this role is ideal for someone who is proactive, practical and enjoys working in a growing business where no two days look the same. There may be a requirement to work outside of these hours from time to time, with time off in lieu provided where applicableOn-call: Participation in a 1-in-4 on-call rota

What you’ll do here:

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support across head office and operational sites• Support Windows devices, tablets, end-user hardware and workplace technology• Administer Microsoft 365 services, user accounts and device management through Microsoft Intune• Manage joiners, movers and leavers, including provisioning, access changes and deprovisioning• Support business applications and core platforms used across the business• Log, manage, prioritise and resolve incidents and service requests, escalating where needed• Support office and site technology setups, replacements and refresh activity• Contribute to IT documentation, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement• Participate in a 1-in-4 on-call rota to support business operations outside core hours

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in an IT support role delivering 1st and 2nd line support• Good knowledge of Windows support, Microsoft 365 and end-user device troubleshooting• Experience with Windows 11, tablets, peripherals and Microsoft Intune• Confidence managing user lifecycle activity, including joiners, movers and leavers• Basic networking knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot common connectivity issues• Experience supporting business applications and end-user software• Ability to prioritise workload, manage multiple issues and work both independently and collaboratively

• Experience supporting multi-site environments• Experience in retail, hospitality or other operationally focused businesses• Relevant IT qualifications or certifications
