About the role
The Department of Psychology is recruiting a Senior Lecturer who will act as Co-Programme Director for its Clinical Psychology Doctorate (DClinPsy) programme.
In this role, the Co-Programme Director will have oversight and management responsibility for the smooth running and strategic direction of the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
Within this context, the postholder will also develop and deliver high quality teaching and supervision, which is informed by significant experience gained via practice, leadership experience, research/study and teaching experience.
This may include lectures, seminars, supervision of portfolios or projects, assessment and marking and pastoral care of students, in line with Department and University policy.
The successful candidate will:
- work with the DClinPsy team in the delivery of all aspects of the programme, which is categorised as PG(R), including teaching in a range of modalities
- provide direct support to doctoral students as they complete professional training
- have relevant leadership experience
Additional information
This is a part time (0.5 FTE), fixed-term position, expected to be 36 months.
The role comes with a market supplement aligned to the Agenda for Change salary range for 8C.
