Where you’llbebased
WoodthorpeHospital is a 42 bedded private hospital on 2 wards offeringmulti-speciality surgery for day cases and inpatients stay for bothprivate and NHS patients. It is a very busy Hospital with patientsseen by many different speciality consultants includingOrthopaedics, spinal, gynaecology, urology, gastroenterology,dermatology and ENT.

Registrationwith the NMC including fullcompliance
Ability todeliver high standards of patientcare
Previous clinicalsupervisory experience and background as a WardNurse
Experience of managingrosters and staffing(desirable)
Enthusiasm and acan do attitude
Flexibilityand adaptability to meet the changing needs of thebusiness
A good workingknowledge and compliance with CQCStandards
The ability tomake decisions and use yourinitiative
Strongcommunication skills
