This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a passion for property and customer service, ready to make an impact in a role that supports the smooth running of property management operations.  Key Responsibilities:  Conduct thorough property inspections, including inventories, mid-term checks, and check-outs, ensuring accurate, first-time reporting. Foster positive relationships with tenants while ensuring a seamless inspection experience. Meet daily targets for volume and quality of work, ensuring all inspections and reports are completed on time and to the highest standards. Continuously develop your skills through training and refreshers, covering check-ins, check-outs, mid-term inspections, and more. Ensure all reports and documents are clear, concise, and error-free.   What We’re Looking For:  Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering 100% accurate reports. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities, handling tight turnarounds with ease. A proactive, can-do attitude, eager to take on new challenges and develop within the role.   Required Experience:  Previous experience conducting property inventories, check-outs, and inspections is a must. A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining professional relationships with tenants and landlords alike.   If you’re a motivated individual looking to step into a key role with a respected company, click APPLY now!…
