Description :What You’ll be doing :Conduct telephone assessments and face-to-face functional assessments of individuals with disabilities or health conditions.Compile clear, concise and factual medical reports – no treatment or diagnosis required.Collaborate with regional managers and administrators to meet service level agreements.Use IT systems to support clinical decision-making and report writing.Embrace ongoing feedback and professional development.What We’re Looking for :One year’s post-registration experience as a nurse (RMN, RNLD, RGN), occupational therapist, physiotherapist, paramedic or doctorFully registered with a relevant UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, GMC), without restriction or conditions and with a valid PINStrong interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).A professional, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.Willingness to undergo BPSS security clearance.Successful candidates will be required to successfully complete government baseline personnel security standard vetting.
