What you’ll ownYour own patch of tenancies, leases and licences — you’ll be the face of the council for those residentsProactive tenancy, leasehold and neighbourhood management, staying ahead of issues before they escalateASB case investigation and resolution — balancing empathy with firm, fair actionRegular estate inspections and tenancy verification — maintaining the standards residents deserveFront-line customer service that genuinely solves problems, not just logs themOccasional evening meetings or emergency cover — because housing doesn’t clock off at 5pmWho we’re looking for You’ll have housing management experience, or strong transferable skills from a customer-facing role. We’re looking for someone who:Communicates confidently — whether de-escalating conflict or updating a resident on their caseManages competing priorities without dropping the ballWorks autonomously on a patch while feeding into a supportive wider teamUnderstands what it means to put vulnerable people firstNot from a housing background?
