Customer Sales Advisor- Full time Permanent Salary: £27,053 per annum Hours of Operation Monday–Friday: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm One weekend every four weeks: • Saturday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm • Sunday: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing storage company, for a Customer Sales Advisor to join their team.In addition to providing day-to-day help to their customers, the Customer SalesAdvisor will contribute to the overall cleanliness appearance and overall effectivenessof the operation and, in the absence of other management, may be required to takeresponsibility for other store activities. To achieve this, the customer sales advisor will:Contribute to the achievement of the financial targets of the storeIdentify and quantify the potential available from each customer for increasing occupancy and revenue within the storeRespond effectively to the diverse needs of each customerEnsuring the store presents itself to a high standard of cleanlinessMaking sure that all Health & Safety procedures are adhered to for the benefit of customers and staff alike.Comply consistently with all company proceduresMain Duties:Deal effectively with sales enquiries from customers over the telephone and face to face, advising and selling the range of available services to potential and existing customersMaximise every sales enquiry to ensure the store hits its targetComplete all administrative tasks to ensure compliance with company proceduresMaintain a clean and tidy store.Will be required to lone work. In instances of lone working or in the Store Manager and Supervisors absence take key holder responsibility.Will be required to carry our forklifting.Ensure that the store ‘bad debt’ is kept to a minimum.
