A highly established law firm with offices in London and Middlesex, are currently recruiting an Employment Law Solicitor of 2-5 years PQE to join their team near Twickenham.nnThe Role:

As Employment Solicitor, you will be involved in:

• Contentious and non-contentious matters

nt

• Unfair and wrongful dismissal

nt

• Redundancy and restrictive covenants

nt

• Discrimination

nt

• Equal opportunities and Equal Pay Act

nt

• TUPE transfers

nt

• Disciplinary and grievance procedures

nt

• Advocacy in the Employment Tribunal

nt

• Breach of contract

About you:

• Solicitor – admitted in England & Wales 2-5 years PQE

nt

• Strong technical knowledge and a commercial, solutions-focused approach

nt

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

nt

• Business development experience

Salary and Benefits:

• £60,000 – £70,000 dependent on experience

nt

• 28 days holiday + bank holidays
