Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting an IT Support Analyst on a temporary basis for a leading international law firm. You must be available immediately for this role.nnKey Responsibilitiesn* Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support across desktop systems, mobile devices, and AV equipment.n* Support and troubleshoot Office 365, iManage, Intapp, Litera tools, Adobe Acrobat, and other key legal applications.n* Deliver user training and onboarding on standard desktop systems.n* Assist with Active Directory admin, Cisco phones, and MDM tools (VMware/Intune).n* Support remote access systems (Citrix, VPN, Duo) and AV platforms (Zoom, Teams, Webex).n* Participate in IT projects, relocations, and occasional on-call support.n* Maintain accurate logs of users, assets, and technical issues.nnRequirementsn* Previous experience in IT support, ideally within a law firm or professional services.n* Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach.n* Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.nnPlease apply now if you are interested!
