Braidvalley Hospital, Ballymena | WednesdayFriday, 9:00am5:00pm | Temporary until October 2026 (with possible extension) | £12.75 per hour We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a busy team based at the Braidvalley Hospital site in Ballymena. This part-time, temporary role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a professional healthcare environment, where you will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to individuals and teams, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department Key Responsibilities Typing reports, letters, and forms from notes or digital dictation Managing incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls, and emails professionally Liaising with external agencies and responding to service-related queries Maintaining and updating electronic systems and manual records Compiling data and updating spreadsheets and databases Ordering office supplies using the e-procurement system Essential Criteria Minimum of 4 GCSEs (A*C), including English and Mathematics At least 3 months administrative experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills What Youll Get £12.75 per hour Weekly pay Minimum of 28 days paid holidays (pro rata) How to Apply Contact: Sarah OHagan on First Choice is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
