We are working with a well-established, family-run business in Kirkbymoorside seeking a Parts Advisor to join their busy team, delivering a varied and customer-focused role in a friendly, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell parts to meet customer needs
- Supply service technicians with parts as required
- Maintain merchandise and presentation in the retail shop
- Assist with daily stock management and organisation
- Liaise effectively with customers, staff, and suppliers
- Ensure all parts transactions are accurately recorded
- Support the Parts Manager in day-to-day operations
- Work independently and as part of a team to maintain smooth depot operations
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience within the agricultural industry advantageous but not essential (full product training and support provided)
- Able to work independently using own initiative and as part of a team
- Computer literate
- Self-motivated with a professional appearance
- Full clean driver’s licence
Package & Benefits:

- 39 hours per week (Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm, Friday 8am–4pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch) with Friday/Saturday rota cover
