We are currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Special Needs Teachers to work across a range of specialist SEN provisions and inclusive schools throughout London.
These roles are ideal for qualified teachers who are committed to supporting pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH needs, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs. You will be working in structured, supportive environments where you can make a meaningful and lasting impact on pupils’ education and development.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver differentiated and engaging lessons tailored to SEN pupils
- Support pupils with EHCPs, adapting teaching to individual needs
- Teach pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning needs
- Implement and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Use effective SEN strategies such as visual supports, PECS, and sensory approaches
- Promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement
- Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress towards EHCP outcomes
- Work collaboratively with SENCOs, therapists, and support staff
- Create a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs
- Strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies
- Ability to differentiate and adapt lessons to meet individual needs
- Calm, patient, and resilient approach
- Excellent communication and classroom xwzovoh management skills
- A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
