We’re hiring a Service Desk Analyst to join a growing IT team in a brand-new Leeds office.
You’ll provide 1st line IT support to users across a global business, handling issues via phone, chat, tickets and walk-ups. This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, delivering great customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do:
- Provide 1st line support across hardware, software and networks
- Log, manage and resolve tickets using a service management tool
- Escalate complex issues to specialist teams
- Deliver a positive end-user experience
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in IT Support / Service Desk (preferred)
- Strong communication and xwzovoh customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a busy environment
- ITIL or other IT certifications are a plus
