You’ll be joining a dedicated SEND team with strong leadership and a positive working culture.Your RoleYou’ll play a vital role in helping students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
Your day-to-day duties will include:Providing in-class support to SEND students across a range of subjectsAssisting students during break times, lunch, trips, and extra-curricular activitiesUsing positive behaviour strategies to support student wellbeingCollaborating with teachers, SENCO, and other professionals to achieve the best outcomesWhat We’re Looking ForA positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with SEND studentsPrevious experience working with SEND or vulnerable individuals in education, healthcare, social care, or youth/community workStrong emotional intelligence, empathy, and excellent communication skillsA desire to learn and grow– full training and CPD opportunities are providedWhy Join This School?Located in a sought-after part of West London, with excellent transport links and green open spacesWelcoming and supportive SEND department with a clear structure and strong leadershipA rewarding role where every day brings a new opportunity to make a differenceInterested?We’d love to hear from you.
