We have just taken a brand new position for a leading care provider based in the Yate area.
This role will support the Registered Manager and will consist of a wide range of duties, both within the office and out in the field. It is therefore essential that you are a driver with your own transport, to be considered for this position.
Duties Include:
- Be the first point of contact for new client care enquiries and attend initial meetings to devise care plans
- Complete supervisions, detailed care plans, observations and care worker appraisals
- Conduct risk assessments
- Keeping a close eye and regularly review clients care needs and suggest adaptations to their individual care plans, when necessary
- Ensure care notes and compliance is always complete
- Attend staff meetings in the office
- Highlight any training needs and ensure care staff are booked in to attend training courses
- CQC quality and compliance admin
- Other related tasks
Criteria you will need:
- You must have NVQ level 2 (ideally 3 or higher) in care
- You must be a driver and have your own transport
- You must have a minimum 3 years experience working in the UK care sector in a Senior Carer, Care Supervisor or Care Management role xwzovoh
- There is no sponsorship available with this position

Salary for this role is negotiable on experience, but we envisage the package to be in the region of £28,000 – £30,000 + lucrative benefits !
