Pay rate: £460 – £600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: ImmediateContract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor and track student attendance, identifying patterns of absence or lateness.
- Follow up on absences with parents/carers in line with school procedures.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and update school systems.
- Work with pastoral teams to support students with attendance concerns.
- Promote good attendance and punctuality across the school.
- Liaise with external agencies where required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or school-based role is desirable.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- A proactive and supportive approach when working with students and families.
- A commitment to safeguarding and student welfare.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection; must satisfactorily pass all background checks, including providing an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service or completing an application for a new check.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
