CNC Setter/Operator – Falkirk Region

Mon-Fri Day Shift 39 hours (Early Finish Fridays)

First Achieves engineering department are looking for an experienced CNC Setter/Operator

to join our client’s team as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will have hands-on

experience especially with Mazak Variaxis machines and be confident setting, operating, and

machining high-precision components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting and operating Mazak Variaxis CNC machines

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

• Producing components to tight tolerances and quality standards

• Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments where required

• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Setter/Operator

• Experience with Mazak Variaxis xwzovoh machines preferred but not essetnial

• Ability to read technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and quality
