The role:

  • Build and lead the People function from first principles — strategy through to execution
  • Partner directly with the Founder and senior leadership team on all people-related decisions
  • Design and implement organisational structure to support rapid multi-site growth
  • Lead hiring strategy across head office and site-level teams
  • Build performance frameworks, incentives and progression pathways
  • Shape culture, values and employee experience as the business scales
  • Oversee L&D, retention and engagement — creating a high-performance environment
  • Ensure the right balance of structure vs agility as the business grows
