Role Overview
As a Technical Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in advancing our commercial strategy across international markets, helping bring cutting‑edge marine engineering solutions to customers around the world. You will translate technical expertise into compelling proposals, shape customer relationships, and support product development that improves global safety and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the company commercial strategy, contributing to tendering processes and shaping winning solutions.
- Build strong and lasting customer relationships, understanding client needs and sharing valuable market insights.
- Develop high‑quality, technically compliant and competitive submissions across our product portfolio.
- Manage risks and opportunities throughout the business‑winning lifecycle, ensuring accurate communication and effective mitigation.
- Promote commercial compliance, maintaining governance and supporting due diligence activities.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Excellent self‑management, motivation and a proactive approach to success.
- Sound cultural awareness and the ability to work effectively across international markets.
- Strong understanding of the company product offerings and capability to deliver confident technical presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to professional development.
Qualifications
- Degree in an Engineering discipline (preferably Chemical Engineering).
- Extended industrial experience relevant to technical sales or engineering environments.
Security Clearance
Must be a sole UK National able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance.
