Role Overview
The position is full‑time and based in the head office in Kettering. Candidates should be recently qualified with some experience in construction cost management.
Responsibilities
- Manage project budgets, formulate cost plans, and prepare cost estimates.
- Analyse project progress against financial targets and report on variances.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure cost‑effective, high‑quality project delivery.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to monitor costs and provide financial guidance at various stages of the construction process.
