Project Manager – £85,000 Plus Package – North West London

A Project Manager is required to work for a Main Contractor in North West London.

This Main Contractor specialises in refurbishment and new build projects who has an impressive track record with a strong pipeline of work and have a target of a turnover to exceed £1.5b by 2020.

The project is working on a £20m new build residential scheme working on Traditional build houses and apartments.

Ideal candidate

• 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager.
• You will be required to be degree qualified or have a similar construction management qualification.
• Main contracting experience.
• A strong track record as a Project Manager.
• Projects seen through from inception to completion,
• Having worked on Residential schemes.
• CSCS Card.
• SMSTS certificate,
• First Aid Certificate.
