As an Engagement Manager at Capgemini, you’ll lead the successful delivery of complex client projects from initiation through to close down. You’ll own the client relationship and the contract, ensuring delivery excellence, strong governance, and full compliance while keeping the project on track across scope, risk, team leadership, and financial performance. You’ll be the trusted partner to our clients—meeting or exceeding expectations, driving value, and identifying opportunities to grow the partnership. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of delivery leadership, commercial accountability, and exceptional client engagement.
Hybrid working: The places you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
You’ll take end‑to‑end ownership of complex client engagements—ensuring full compliance with Capgemini delivery standards while driving projects to successful, on‑time, on‑budget outcomes. You’ll lead governance, manage risk, control scope, and oversee financial performance, from accurate forecasting to invoicing and margin delivery. Alongside motivating high‑performing teams, you’ll build strong client relationships, exceed expectations, and identify opportunities for additional value. Agile, adaptable, and confident on client sites, you’ll work seamlessly across blended teams and consistently uphold Capgemini’s methods, security standards, and delivery excellence.
