My leading Banking client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to lead a team of KYC Analysts, ensuring engagement with front office and RR teams, whilst maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. You’ll bring strong leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of KYC processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Team Management
• KYC end to end Oversight
• Process Optimization

This is a newly created role in a growing Global Investment Bank. A brilliant opportunity!

The following skills / experience is essential:

• Strong understanding of KYC and AML regulations.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end KYC processes.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Salary: Excellent + bonus + package

Level: Vice President (VP)

Location: London (good work from home options available)
