We’re partnering with a high-growth, international services and technology business to hire a Financial Controller, supporting a key regional entity within a wider global group.

The Role

This is a broad Financial Controller position with ownership of financial reporting, controls, and team leadership, alongside meaningful exposure to commercial decision‑making.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
• Leading and developing a small finance team
• Driving improvements in processes, controls, and systems
• Business partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Managing audit and compliance requirements

The Candidate

We’re looking for a hands‑on, commercially aware finance leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

You will likely have:

• Experience in a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager role
• Background in a multi‑entity, services‑led, or project‑based environment
