  • Supporting grid connection applications and related documentation
  • Liaising with DNOs, IDNOs, ICPs, National Grid or other relevant stakeholders
  • Assessing grid capacity, connection options and technical feasibility
  • Coordinating grid connection activities across project development and delivery teams
  • Reviewing connection offers, technical requirements and programme considerations
  • Supporting renewable energy, battery storage, EV, utility or infrastructure projects

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a Grid Connections Engineer or similar role
  • Background within renewables, power, utilities, BESS, solar, EV infrastructure or energy projects
  • Good understanding of grid connection processes in the UK market
  • Ability to work with technical, commercial and delivery teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
