A global creative agency is hiring an Event Production Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact campaigns across experiential, content and brand activations.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who can balance creative ambition with operational delivery, overseeing multiple projects while ensuring quality, timelines and budgets are tightly managed.

London (Liverpool Street) – 3 days per week onsite
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the production and delivery of integrated campaigns from concept through to execution
- Manage multiple workstreams across experiential, content and brand activations
- Oversee project timelines, budgets and resource planning
- Manage external suppliers, partners and production teams
- Ensure all deliverables meet high creative and production standards
- Identify risks early and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Collaborate closely with client services, creative and strategy teams
- Support and guide junior team members where required
What you’ll need
- Experience delivering production across creative campaigns, events or brand activations
- Strong understanding of integrated production processes across digital and physical outputs
- Experience working within a fast‑paced agency environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confident managing suppliers, budgets and timelines
- Calm under pressure with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
