Area Sales Representative Mechanical Ventilation

As our Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence in the South East UK, including London. This is a dynamic, results-driven position for someone who thrives in an environment of ambitious goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business: Identify opportunities, acquire new clients, and pursue residential ventilation projects across South East UK.
• Exceed targets: Thrive in an ambitious team with a strong focus on achieving – and surpassing – sales goals.
• Be the expert: Advise clients with in-depth knowledge of MEV and MVHR systems; you’re the go-to person for technical insight and smart solutions.
• Sell UK-ready solutions: Represent our high-quality, innovative product range, fully adapted to the UK residential market.
• Collaborate to innovate: Work closely with product management to spot new needs and influence future product development.

Qualifications

• Expertise in ventilation: Solid experience in residential mechanical ventilation, with a strong focus on MEV and MVHR systems.
• Proven sales success: At least 5 years of strong performance in sales within the residential ventilation market.
• Driven to win: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and equipped with a true hunter mentality to spot and seize new business opportunities.
• Strong communicator: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting client relationships.
• Team spirit + independence: Able to work autonomously while remaining a valuable team player.
• Organised & efficient: Skilled in time management and structured in approach to ensure consistent results.
• Mobile & flexible: Full UK driving licence and readiness to travel across the South East UK, including London.
