About the role

Soudal is seeking a driven and approachable National Account Manager to join our team in the North, North-East. In this field-based role, you’ll take ownership of building strong customer relationships, driving sales, and growing brand presence across key trade and retail accounts.

What you will do

  • Management of key, national account customers in the professional construction and industrial manufacturing sectors including national distributors and large end user customers.
  • Development of new national account customers in these sectors.
  • Poduct demonstrations to increase sales and expand product listings.
  • Provide training and support.
  • Manage and grow sales with a defined customer base.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and objectives for your territory.

What we are looking for

  • A sales-focused professional with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Previous experience in field sales, merchandising, or product demonstrations.
  • IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written reporting skills.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently.
  • A results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Willing to be flexible with working hours when required.
