As one of the fastest growing communications consultancies in the UK, we’re looking for an ambitious entry‑level applicant to support Madano’s digital marketing work for clients. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, hard‑working, driven and curious team member who doesn’t shy away from a challenge and is keen to build their problem‑solving abilities and work directly with clients.

The role

Madano’s digital team collaborates with media partners to create paid, earned, owned and shared media campaigns for clients. We set the direction, but we also deliver the campaigns too, in collaboration with our Insights and Creative teams. To support on campaign delivery, we are looking for a Digital Executive to join our team. A degree is not a requirement, but you must indicate a working knowledge of digital marketing disciplines, either from experience, curiosity or education.

You will learn how to work on projects with colleagues, communicate with clients and learn what is required to deliver an effective digital marketing strategy, plan and campaign. You will also help gather data, insights and report back the results and findings to our clients and the projects you work on.

  • Demonstrates understanding of project timeline and tasks and able to follow a structured process for delivering projects or tasks within projects
  • Effectively reports about task or project progress – via agreed communications channels and in the right formats
  • Completes relevant industry and client training and can follow clear processes as laid out by others
  • Have a working understanding of analyses data from source data (e.g. Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Semrush for SEO) and able to present data in a clear and simple manner for clients and account teams
  • Able to write copy and shows an interest in working with our Creative team to produce multimedia (visual, video etc.) content
  • Demonstrates a drive to learn more about different digital disciplines including and not limited to SEO/GEO, Paid Media, Customer Experience and Digital Design

Client delivery

  • Able to support the team across multiple projects at speed, and provide clients with accurate and timely updates on projects
  • Shows a determination to deliver the highest quality results simultaneously across multiple complex accounts
  • Understanding clients’ needs and preferences at a good level
  • Able to communicate and coordinate briefs and feedback with relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Understand the importance of strong financial management, and familiar with tools such as timesheets and related processes

Marketing and visibility

  • Willing and able to attend x1 event a quarter, build personal network, and represent the company at e.g. peer skills events
  • Shares ideas from competitors of different marketing content ideas to implement
