Whether it’s shaping benefit strategies, designing wellbeing programs, or advising on workforce challenges, the work you do here creates meaningful change for businesses and the people who power them. We’re a community of bold explorers, trusted experts, and compassionate partners; working side by side to solve problems, and shape the future of work. Here, curiosity is encouraged, collaboration is second nature, and your ideas have room to grow. If you’re looking for a place where your contribution matters and where you can help build a better world of work; think of Gallagher.

Overview

In this outbound telesales role, you’ll never have to make a cold call. Everyone you call has already asked for a call with us, and it’s your responsibility to give them the information they’re looking for, ultimately helping us grow our business through sales. Gallagher Benefit Services is a leading, full‑lifecycle employee benefit consultancy, trusted by employers of all kinds. We help them build a better workplace, positively impacting the lives of thousands of employees every day.

How You’ll Make an Impact

On a day‑to‑day basis you’ll call small to medium‑sized companies to find out what employee benefits they currently have in place (e.g., private medical insurance, life insurance, income protection, etc.) and when those benefits are due for renewal. This information allows us to find the very best benefits for their business and renew their contracts:

  • Update our database with information on their existing benefits/schemes for future prospecting
  • Pitch any “in‑date” or imminent renewals; any business signed earns you commission
  • Promote Gallagher Employee Benefits Services to prospective clients

Previous experience in a similar role would be useful, but what we really need is someone with the right attributes and who is willing to learn (full training given!).
