Acquisitions Development Manager with Planning Expertise – North West London / Hertfordshire
Salary: £75,000 + benefits + bonus

Established developer seeks a Development Planning Manager to work within the busy Land team. The role is to assess opportunities and help bring sites through the planning process or advise on site viability. A planning bias with experience in land acquisition and development management is essential. You will report to the Land Director and work alongside Senior Land Managers.
Responsibilities
- Assess development and acquisition opportunities.
- Run acquisitions through the front‑end planning process.
- Advise on feasibility and viability of proposed sites.
- Source deals and support build‑out or semi‑strategic options.
- Collaborate with planning consultants, architects and design teams.
Qualifications
- Strategic or semi‑strategic land manager.
- Planner with development management experience.
- Planner with acquisition experience.
- Land & Development Manager with strong planning skill‑set.
