Working Arrangement

Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales who can drive customer acquisition and partner development across the UK and international markets.
This is a high-impact role for someone who combines technical understanding with strong commercial execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities for sensor and tuner IC/module products
- Build relationships with:
- Distributors and channel partners
- Overseas brands and OEMs
- Local UK/EU companies in relevant sectors
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → closing
- Support technical discussions with customers (with internal engineering support)
- Represent the company at industry meetings and events when needed
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in semiconductor, RF, wireless, IoT, sensors, or electronics sales
- Able to bring or build a pipeline of qualified leads
- Comfortable working with distributors and global customers
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Compensation
- High commission structure

Location
Remote (UK-based, Europe, US preferred), with occasional travel.
Existing distributor/OEM network in electronics or RF markets is a strong advantage.
