Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• You will oversee a variety of clean water projects including slip line, open cut, pipe bursting, upgrading and sustaining the water network.
• Follow health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
• Lead and manage clean water projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all projects, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements.
• Interpret and review project design drawings, challenging designs where necessary to ensure feasibility and cost‑effectiveness.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, ensuring the use of tools like Microsoft Project to track progress.

Essential Skills And Experience

• An understanding of the water network.
• Experience in techniques delivering high volume mains renewal schemes.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts.
• Temporary Works Coordinator Ticket.
• SMSTS Ticket.
• NRSWA Supervisor Ticket.
• Water Hygiene Card.
