What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prospecting, cold calling, and qualifying new business opportunities
  • Owning the full sales cycle — from first contact to close
  • Building a strong, sustainable pipeline of new business
  • Negotiating and closing deals with decision-makers
  • Consistently hitting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Tracking activity and performance accurately in the CRM
  • Keeping ahead of competitors and market trends

What It Takes to Win

  • Confident closer with strong objection-handling skills
  • Resilient, competitive, and motivated by results
  • High activity levels, you’re comfortable picking up the phone
  • Commercially sharp with a hunger to earn
  • Proven experience in both B2B & B2C sales
  • Proven success in a business development or new-business sales role
  • Preferably experience in either a training or construction setting
