We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to support our expansion efforts in SWVA. This hybrid role offers an excellent opportunity to develop networking, negotiation, and analytical skills while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients and business partners.
- Support lead generation and follow-up on business inquiries.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Assist in preparing business proposals and presentations.
- Help manage CRM tools and track sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop outreach strategies.
- Participate in meetings and calls with clients or stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales strategies.
