As part of the Diagnostic Treatment Centre development an exciting opportunity has arisen within the Imaging Department for a suitably qualified and motivated individual to provide leadership in the role of Office Manager.
About the Imaging Department
The Imaging department provides a 7 day imaging service, covering the modalities of Ultrasound, X-ray, DEXA, Fluoroscopy, CT & MRI.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will lead the admin & clerical team to ensure the smooth running of this busy department working with the Access & Performance Manager and the associated teams of the DTC.
The post holder will provide timely and accurate administrative support to colleagues within various clinical services, support the team, and provide cross cover for colleagues as and when required.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience of managing a team, providing leadership and day-to-day management, building and maintaining good working relationships across the service. Experience of using electronic patient records would be advantageous.
Self-directed, good at reflective practice, highly organised, with excellent communication skills. Demonstrate ability to embrace and implement change.
