Business Development Lead, Credit Risk Scorecards.
The Team: The Scorecard team delivers credit risk management services to clients including analytical support, training and credit risk assessment solutions. The team applies regulatory‑compliant and industry best practices for development and enhancement of internal rating systems. The business development function is responsible for leading client engagement and commercial strategy for the business.
The Impact: This role drives revenue growth, go-to-market strategy, and client relationship management to expand the firm’s footprint in credit risk and private credit.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a product expert on topics including credit risk and private credit. Assist sales teams in presenting our solutions to the market.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects. Assist with renewals and client inquiries about our services.
- Organize and lead client demos, meetings, webinars, and roundtables to promote solutions and gather feedback.
- Lead go‑to‑market initiatives and campaigns for Scorecards targeting risk personas and other market participants.
- Partner with the marketing team to develop sales enablement materials and thought leadership pieces, including white papers.
- Identify and execute cross‑sell campaigns.
- Contribute to the development of internal business performance analysis tools and processes for tracking sales and revenue metrics.
What We’re Looking For
- Subject matter expertise in one or more of the following areas: credit risk analytics, credit risk advisory, private credit, fintech, or sales.
- Analytical skills including advanced Excel capabilities and the ability to manage and use business intelligence tools.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex projects and report on results.
- Strong business acumen and a track record in a role with client‑facing responsibilities.
- Excellent communication, organization, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Collaborative mindset and a willingness to work intensively with colleagues.
