An exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations within a regulated environment. This role focuses on improving efficiency, ensuring compliance, and supporting overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Operations:
- Manage income reconciliation, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Support management accounts and financial reporting
- Oversee internal systems and third-party platforms
Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure regulatory compliance and complete required submissions
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and compliance consultants
- Monitor file reviews, reporting (MI), and internal procedures
- Lead internal meetings and committees
HR & Administration:
- Oversee recruitment, staff reviews, and HR processes
- Manage IT systems, security, and suppliers
- Support business planning, board meetings, and general operations
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in operations or senior administration
- Experience within a regulated environment (preferred)
- Strong team management experience
- Advanced Excel and systems knowledge
Key Skills:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, methodical, and team-oriented approach
- Quarterly bonus scheme (up to £11,000 per year)
