Job Description:

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations within a regulated environment. This role focuses on improving efficiency, ensuring compliance, and supporting overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance & Operations:

  • Manage income reconciliation, payroll, and bank reconciliations
  • Support management accounts and financial reporting
  • Oversee internal systems and third-party platforms

Compliance & Governance:

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and complete required submissions
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and compliance consultants
  • Monitor file reviews, reporting (MI), and internal procedures
  • Lead internal meetings and committees

HR & Administration:

  • Oversee recruitment, staff reviews, and HR processes
  • Manage IT systems, security, and suppliers
  • Support business planning, board meetings, and general operations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in operations or senior administration
  • Experience within a regulated environment (preferred)
  • Strong team management experience
  • Advanced Excel and systems knowledge

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Effective time management and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, methodical, and team-oriented approach
  • Quarterly bonus scheme (up to £11,000 per year)
