Delivering service to our customers with passion, commitment and resilience, and displaying the fundamental customer‑service principles in a courteous and professional manner is a minimum requirement. You must be able to work under pressure, either individually or as part of a team, with an outgoing personality that relishes building amazing customer relationships, solving problems and handling complex queries while remaining calm and professional.

Key Duties

  • Deliver a world‑class customer experience
  • Act with honesty and integrity when delivering service support
  • Manage all communication lines – WhatsApp, emails, calls, and online platforms such as Trustpilot and Google Reviews
  • Complete HR related enquiries – confirm employment status to HMRC and complete references
  • Process end‑of‑contract journey – pension and holiday pay refund before P45ing
  • Educate and enlighten queries relating to payments, expenses and payslips
  • Facilitate financial success by providing access to pensions and employee benefits portal

You don’t necessarily need previous CS experience; full training will be provided. You must have the right attitude to work.
