FutureGen Recruitment is representing a highly regarded Thames Valley consultancy seeking an MRTPI Associate Planner to take a senior role in delivering strategic residential projects and supporting client growth across the region.

This is a key hire for the business and offers a blend of leadership, technical delivery and commercial responsibility.

The Role

• Leading major residential planning applications and strategic land promotions
• Supporting business development activity and client pitches
• Overseeing junior staff and supporting professional development
• Leading Local Plan submissions, representations and examination preparation
• Managing appeal strategies and coordinating inquiry teams
• Overseeing project budgets, programme delivery and consultant coordination

This is a role for someone who enjoys responsibility and wants to be a visible senior figure within a growing team.

About You

• Proven consultancy or developer-side experience
• Strong client management and commercial awareness
• Strong technical planning background with strategic thinking capability
