Full Time Coffee Shop Manager

We are looking for a Full Time Coffee Shop Manager to join the team in our Coffee Shop in Weaver Vale Garden Centre.

Hours: 45 per week over 5 days. Regular weekend working is required. No evening work and no split shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain front of house and counters to company standards
• Present menus, serve, and help customers select food and beverage
• Provide counter service and prepare beverages including barista bean‑to‑cup Illy coffee
• Deliver in‑house prepared meals to customers at their tables
• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to hygiene and cleanliness
• Process payment at electronic till points
• Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed
• Close front of house areas each day to company standards

• Barista experience preferred but not essential; full training will be provided
