Charles River Development (CRD) Business Analysis – Officer
Charles River Development is a State Street company that provides front‑office investment management software to State Street itself, to State Street’s clients, and to external clients. The Operational Governance team sits within the office of the COO in the CRD organization. The Operational Governance team oversees our external audit function, which is considered strategic to the success of the business. This role is for a Business Analyst that will manage the SOC and Data Governance programs and any other external audit needs, as well as other needs of the Operational Governance team.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an individual who can provide end‑to‑end project management of the program. The successful candidate will be required to maintain supporting documentation including, but not limited to, points of focus, control record maintenance, and audit reports. Additional tasks will include creating and presenting status reporting to relevant committees, leading project meetings, escalating issues as they arise, and communicating clear expectations to various subject matter experts.

This position is in London, UK and requires 4 days a week in the London, UK office. Other State Street office locations may also be considered.
What You Are Responsible For
- Provide audit management leadership for strategic audits in CRD
- Develop detailed audit and data governance plans with clear milestones and deliverables
- Create and present status reporting, provide regular updates, maintain online materials
- Solution impediments with stakeholders, drive project progress, elevate risks, issues and solutions
- Perform internal communications using multiple communication channels on the product areas and features owned
- Engage in educational resources to further develop knowledge of CRD’s product suite
Education and Experience
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience relevant to audit management
Skills
- Leadership and program management skills
- Proven strong communication, interpersonal, decision‑making, analytical/problem solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to influence and work collaboratively across multiple organizations to reach common goals
- Organized with the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
