Working in the Business Support area of Nationwide’s arrears management function, Collections & Recoveries (C&R), an exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to progress their career within the Unsecured Strategy team.
The role will focus on enhancing the team’s insight into the delinquent portfolios for all products that support the department’s vision to “Deliver best‑in‑class Collections and Recoveries performance through great customer service, via inspired people, in a flexible and cost‑efficient manner with the agility to adapt to changing business needs”.

This is a 12 month secondment opportunity.
