Data Analytics Engineer

A modern, fast‑growing digital bank in central London with real momentum behind it. The data function is being built out internally and this is a key early hire – plenty of ownership and room to grow.

The Role

A hands‑on analytics engineering role sitting between BI and data engineering. You’ll own the analytics layer end‑to‑end – from building dbt models through to delivering dashboards that drive real business decisions.

Key Duties

• Build and maintain dbt models and the analytics layer
• Design and deliver dashboards in Power BI and Tableau
• Translate business requirements into clean, trusted metrics
• Work directly with stakeholders across the business
• Help shape data standards and tooling as the team grows

Key Skills

• Power BI and/or Tableau
• Strong communicator comfortable with non‑technical stakeholders
• Experience in financial services or another regulated industry
• Data warehouse experience – Snowflake, BigQuery or Redshift
• Python scripting
• Airflow or similar orchestration tool
• Experience in a scaling or early‑stage environment
