About the Role
We’re looking for a Blue Prism Developer to join a global Process Excellence & Automation function. You’ll design, build and support scalable automation solutions that improve business processes across multiple departments.
This is a hands‑on development role with strong exposure to stakeholders, business analysts and delivery teams, working on automation projects end‑to‑end.
Model of work: Hybrid in London 3 days office/ 2 days remote

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain automation solutions using Blue Prism
- Work closely with Business Analysts to translate requirements into automation designs
- Build reusable objects and processes aligned with best practice standards
- Create SIT/UAT test scripts and support testing cycles through to deployment
- Produce deployment and hypercare documentation
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
- Contribute to continuous improvement of automation standards and delivery approach
- Support knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years hands‑on experience developing automation solutions in Blue Prism
- Blue Prism Professional Developer accreditation (required)
- Proven delivery of multiple automation projects end‑to‑end
- Strong understanding of automation best practices, exception handling and logging
- Experience integrating Blue Prism with REST APIs / Web Services
- Technical background in software development (e.g., C#, Java, C++, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills and structured problem‑solving approach
- Confident communicator with ability to work across technical and non‑technical teams

- Experience mentoring junior developers
- Consulting or client‑facing background
- Experience in fast‑paced, global environments
