Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience with Windows 11 hardware refresh
• Microsoft Active Directory & Microsoft Intune
• Windows Imaging
• Software application installs & support
• User data backup
• Use of Call Logging system

Qualifications

• Experience with hardware refresh tasks on Windows 11
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Intune
• Experience with Windows Imaging and software deployment
• Ability to perform data backup and restoration as required
• Experience using a Call Logging system
