IT Analyst

A well-established private organisation is looking for a motivated IT Analyst to join its growing IT team. This is a hands‑on position within a fast‑paced environment, where you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality technical support and contributing to ongoing improvements across the business.

Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of technologies and have the opportunity to develop your skills across multiple areas of IT.

What we’re looking for

• Experience working in an IT support or service desk environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and basic networking
• Knowledge of Microsoft environments and core business applications (Azure/Window Server)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly
• Proactive, adaptable and able to manage changing priorities
• A team player with a strong customer‑focused mindset
• Willingness to learn and develop within a varied IT role

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for a range of IT issues
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network‑related problems
• Support a mix of devices including laptops, mobile devices and peripherals
• Administer user accounts and access across core systems
• Assist with system upgrades, deployments and IT projects
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset records
• Deliver high levels of service to both on‑site and remote users
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
