The Opportunity

We are working with a well-established UK technology and engineering consultancy, delivering high-impact, complex programmes within secure and mission‑critical environments.

They are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Practitioner to support delivery across software‑focused programmes, helping teams solve technically challenging and meaningful problems.

This role offers exposure to cutting‑edge projects, working alongside highly skilled engineering and delivery teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, PI Planning)
• Ensure adherence to Scrum and SAFe Agile practices.
• Coach teams on Agile mindset, principles, and best practices
• Drive continuous improvement and team performance.
• Support onboarding of new team members

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments
• Strong understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Experience using tools such as Jira.

Desirable Experience

• Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM)
• Experience working in Scaled Agile environments (SAFe)

Additional Information

• Hybrid working: Minimum 2 days onsite per week
• Occasional travel to client sites (~2 days per month)
