Pega Developer – CRM/BPM & API Integration Expert

Qualifications

• Hands‑on project experience with Pega Customer Service Framework and Pega CLM/KYC implementations will be added benefit but not must.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and their integration with the Pega Platform.

Certifications

• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Lead System Architect (v8 preferred).

Core Technical Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Pega architecture, design patterns, and development tools.
• Proficiency in Pega PRPC, BPM, and CRM platforms.
• Understanding of databases like Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL.
• Knowledge of web services, REST, and API integrations.
