Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Specialist with 5 to 7 years of expertise in Appian Administration to manage and optimize Appian environments

Job Description:

• Manage and maintain Appian platforms ensuring high availability and performance
• Oversee Appian environment setup configuration and upgrades
• Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues related to Appian applications
• Collaborate with development teams to implement best practices for Appian deployment
• Ensure compliance with security policies and data protection standards within Appian environments
• Develop and maintain documentation related to Appian administration processes
• Provide technical support and guidance for Appian platform users
• Plan and execute disaster recovery and backup strategies for Appian systems

Roles and Responsibilities

• Administer Appian environments including installation configuration and patching
• Monitor system performance and capacity planning to support business needs Implement security controls and manage user access within Appian
• Coordinate with cross functional teams for seamless application deployment and integration
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve platform related incidents Automate routine tasks to improve operational efficiency Train and mentor junior administrators and support staff on Appian best practices
• Stay updated with the latest Appian features and industry trends to recommend improvements
